Stand Up Paddle Boarding Cork
Stand-Up Paddle Boarding is the biggest up and coming paddle sport right now. Come have a go on our brand new boards and get ready to fall in love with your new favourite sport! Flatwater or surf, these boards can be as chilled or as wild as you want.
Mainly, we operate from the Dock Beach Kinsale. However, we have many different locations to choose from to make it easy for everyone to get out on the water and try Stand Up Paddle Boarding. Follow our social media for weekly updates on our classes, tours and locations.

We are extremely excited to be able to bring many more courses to our clients this Summer. We have something for everyone from stand-up paddle board safety courses, adventures trips and SUP tours. Full list of courses below.
With each course you will receive a certificate of completion. All our courses are fully insured and provided by fully qualified SUP instructors/guides. These courses run in Kinsale at the beautiful Dock Beach!
- SUP Water Safety and Rescue Award
- SUP Wise ACTIV
- SUP Wise Level 1 Certificate Course
- SUP Wise Intensiv and ASI Stand Up Paddlers Card
One day course for €90 per person. The Intro to SUP Board Award aims to enable participants to:
- Paddle safely and competently on a SUP board on sheltered flat water as part of a group being led.
- Assist in basic flat water rescues.
- Harbour Tour. See Kinsale from a different perspective and admire the historic surroundings of Charles Fort and James Fort.
- Appreciation of the effects of wind & tide.
Voyager course – aims to enable participants to:
- Paddle safely and competently on a SUP on sheltered flat water.
- Use a combination of paddle strokes effectively.
- Assist in basic flat water rescues.
- Perform basic flat water rescues.
- Obtain & understand relevant weather and tidal information.

10am to 5pm Mon to Fri, Weekends will vary. Out of hours or no answer then send a text as we may be on the water and will reply as soon as possible
We will close per our insurance and national governing body guidelines when the wind gets too strong. For example
Stand up paddle boarding is cancelled at Force 3 or higher Kayaking is cancelled at Force 4 or higher. Surfing is cancelled at Force 5 or higher. These guidelines are also subject to change depending on our areas of shelter, the wind direction
and the size of the surf.
If we cannot offer an alternative activity or date then we will provide a full refund. We are open when it rains.
Yes all our activities are suitable for beginners as long as you confident in the water
Yes it is safe. We provide all safety equipment for each activity and only operate in accordance to National Governing Body and Insurance guidelines
