This is the Privacy Statement of Atlantic Offshore Adventures in relation to data collected and processed by Atlantic Offshore Adventures on its own behalf acting as a Data Controller in the provision of its Services such as this marketing website. This does not apply to Personal Data in our software where the Customer is the Data Controller which is covered by our individual service agreements with customers.

This Privacy Statement applies to any information provided or collected through this Atlantic Offshore Adventures website and/or any Atlantic Offshore Adventures application, including the Atlantic Offshore Adventures mobile and tablet applications or any application on social media or other website (together the Digital Media), which are provided by Atlantic Offshore Adventures, a company registered in Ireland with company number 548324.

This Privacy Statement (together with our Cookies Policy sets out the basis on which we, as a Data Controller, gather, use, process and disclose any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us by using the Digital Media. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. If Atlantic Offshore Adventures or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case your personal data held by us may be included in the transferred assets (for example, in the form of a database of users of the Digital Media). Similarly, personal data may be transferred as part of a corporate reorganization, insolvency proceeding, or another similar event, if permitted by and done in accordance with applicable law;

If we make any changes, we will post those changes here and update the “Last Updated” date at the bottom of this Privacy Statement. Google

Cloud-based email, word-processing, spreadsheets, file storage, search, presentations. Atlantic Offshore Adventures stores customer data sent as email attachments or delivered by other methods in Google services. We also use Google’s advertising services which can include the upload of email address data to Google Adwords and related services.
